Workshop on Virtual Reality Experiments in Economics

Thursday, 28 September 2017, RWTH Aachen University

Subject in the aixCAVE

Recently, virtual reality (VR) emerged as a new research tool in many disciplines. For three years, our group at the RWTH Aachen University explores the potential of the VR technology for experimental economics.

We are delighted to organize a workshop on „VR Experiments in Economics“. The aim of the workshop is to bring together some of the people who already conducted or currently plan to conduct VR experiments, and discuss the potential of VR for behavioral research.

We are very happy that Alessandro Innocenti (University of Siena), who recently published a review on the topic, will give the opening talk of the workshop. You can download the review „Virtual Reality Experiments in Economics“ at the website of the Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Economics.
